Tego narzędzie jeszcze nie używałem, ale mogę polecić Online Solutions Privacy Cleaner...też ma wersje portable, której używam od dobrze ponad roku. Bardzo dobrze się uzupełniają z CCleanrem i właściwie nie ma co już po nich usuwać

OSAM trochę przypomina Emsisift Hijack, trochę Autoruns i Runscanner...ale to pewnie ze względu na podobna funkcjonalność.
