New 10.70 snapshot: Synchronizing build numbers (almost)

It''s been a few days since the previous 10.70 snapshot, so we decided it was time to do another one.

If you look at the build numbers, you will notice that Mac and Unix use the same number. We are currently working on synchronizing build numbers across desktop platforms, and this is the first step. Windows will hopefully follow in the near future.

Note: There are no Linux PowerPC builds this time.

Content blocker synchronization, and *nix fixes

It has been a while since we added something to Opera Link, but with this "10.70" snapshot, we are introducing synchronization of the content blocker. This makes it easy to build and maintain a list of blocked items anywhere you go.

This snapshot also has a few Linux/FreeBSD fixes.

Known issues
Existing URLs might not be synchronized: If you already have a list of blocked URLs before enabling synchronization, you might have to add a URL to the block list through the content blocker for synchronization to start working after logging in to Opera Link

No nooo ... nareszcie Opera w swojej przeglądarce z numerem 11 doda rozszerzenia.Świetna informacja !

Zespół Opera Software zapowiedział spore zmiany w swoich przeglądarkach. Opera 11 będzie wzbogacona o rozszerzenia, niedługo pojawi się też Opera Mobile dla Androida.

Espen Andre Overdahl z Opery poinformował dzisiaj, że 11 wydanie desktopowej przeglądarki zostanie wzbogacone o rozszerzenia. Będą one zbliżone do tych oferowanych dla innych przeglądarek jak na przykład Firefox czy Chrome. Również ich instalacja będzie podobna jak w produktach Mozilli czy Google’a. Udostępniony zostanie także interfejs programowania dla deweloperów, którzy chcieliby tworzyć rozszerzenia dla Opery. Osoby, które zainteresowane są przygotowaniem własnych rozszerzeń mogą zdobyć więcej informacji na stronach Dev Opera.
