Ten log też jest ok. Jeśli nie korzystasz z messengera to możesz go usunąć tym poleceniem.

chodzi mi o to czy na podstawie takiego skanu mozna stwierdzic czy komputer jest czymś zainfekowany mimo ze nie ma objawow??

tak można sprawdzić taką kolej rzeczy od tego są te programy Smile
a tak w ogóledla zwykłego użytkownika wystarczy od czasu do czasu przeskanować Antywirusem a w razie problemów z komputerem profilaktycznie dać do sprawdzenia logi profesjonalistom takim jak tu mamy SerafinSmile
